Using a guideline to assess your current situation, the course takes you through how to analyze different work-life balance elements to help determine your needs. Once you have a clear picture, the course outlines how to identify actions that can help you meet these needs. Finally, you'll learn how to prepare a guideline that will facilitate a work-life balance discussion with your manager. The engaging course offers practical instruction to help you identify, assess and take action toward creating a balanced environment between your work responsibilities and personal life. The course also qualifies as 1 hour of Professional Development Units for certification with the Project Management Institute.

In this course, students will learn helpful strategies to support their adjustment to working effectively from a remote location.
